Malaysians have had a long love affair with lottery games. From the weekly ritual of buying 4D numbers to scrambling for lucky draw tickets during festive seasons, the lottery has been woven into Malaysian entertainment culture for decades. Now, GW99 brings that experience to a digital platform that is more convenient, faster, and more engaging — no more queuing at shops or waiting for the evening news to check your results.
Among the most popular lottery options on GW99 is gw99 Mega 6/45 — a pick-6 lottery format that will feel familiar to most Malaysian players. It's straightforward: choose 6 numbers from 1 to 45, and if all six match the drawn numbers, you win the top prize, which can run into millions of MYR. What sets gw99 Mega 6/45 apart is its progressive prize system — every time tickets sell out without a jackpot winner, the prize value rolls over and is added to the next round. This means the pot keeps growing until one lucky winner claims it.
For players familiar with the 4D format that's long been popular in Malaysia, GW99 4D Classic delivers a similar experience with the full convenience of a digital platform. You pick a four-digit number from 0000 to 9999, and depending on your bet type — First Prize Exact, Second Prize Exact, Third Prize Exact, Any Order, or Starter — payouts can reach RM3,500 for every RM1 wagered on the First Prize. That's a highly competitive return, and draws are held three times a week to give players more frequent chances to win.
GW99 Fast Keno is designed for players who can't wait days for a draw. With draws running every 5 minutes throughout the day, Keno is the fastest and most interactive lottery format on the platform. You can pick between 1 and 10 numbers from a grid of 1–80 — the more numbers you match correctly, the bigger your payout. Match just one number and you get a 3x multiplier on your bet. Match all 10, and the multiplier can reach 10,000x — a thrilling reward for a ticket that starts from just RM1.
GW99 Digital Scratch Cards offer the kind of instant gratification that few other lottery formats can match. Unlike physical scratch cards that need to be bought at a store, GW99 Scratch Cards can be purchased and played directly from your phone or computer. The interactive scratching animation replicates the feel of a real scratch card, and prizes are revealed within seconds. Prizes on GW99 Scratch Cards range from RM5 to RM500,000 — and select premium scratch card types feature tickets with multiple prize symbols that can be combined for an even bigger win.
The gw99 Weekly Lucky Draw is the most anticipated event in the platform's lottery community. Every week, gw99 releases a limited number of lucky draw tickets to active members. The draw is held every Friday night as a live event streamed directly on the platform, giving players full visibility into the process. The top prize is RM100,000 in cash, with additional prizes — including the latest smartphones, laptops, and gw99 game credits — awarded to runners-up in 2nd through 20th place.
One aspect that sets GW99 lottery apart from conventional physical lotteries is a significantly higher level of transparency. All GW99 draws are conducted using a licensed RNG system audited by an independent certification body. Every number drawn is recorded in the system and can be reviewed by players at any time through the draw history in their account. Manipulation is not possible because the draw system is fully automated and not manually controlled by any GW99 staff. This gives players complete confidence that every ticket they purchase has a fair and equal chance of winning.
Buying lottery tickets at GW99 is designed to be as straightforward as possible. Once you've registered and made a deposit via Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or FPX online banking such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, simply head to the Lottery section, choose your game type, select your numbers, and confirm your purchase. The whole process takes under two minutes. Your tickets are stored digitally in your GW99 account — no need to worry about losing or damaging a physical ticket.
Gw99 Powerball 5/50 is the perfect choice for players who want an internationally styled lottery format with bigger prize pools. You pick 5 main numbers from 1–50 and one Powerball number from 1–20. Match all six to win the progressive jackpot, which starts at RM1 million and grows with every round. There are also eight additional prize tiers that reward partial matches — making gw99 Powerball a game with winning opportunities at every level.
For members who have reached VIP status at gw99, the exclusive gw99 VIP Lottery is open only to qualifying members. VIP Lottery tickets are limited in number — keeping winning odds higher than standard public lotteries — with a minimum top prize of RM5,000,000. The VIP Lottery draw takes place at the end of every month and is one of the most anticipated events in the gw99 VIP community. All members who play actively across any gw99 category will accumulate points that bring them closer to VIP status and access to this exclusive lottery.
